Finns i Sjön started when we got tired of the supermarket fish counter always being half-empty on Sunday afternoons. We knew the fish was out there — it had just got stuck in the wrong supply chain.
Today we work directly with small-scale fishermen on the west coast, pick up their catch early in the morning, and deliver it to Stockholmers the same week. No middlemen, no shopfront, no long transports.
